Thank you for shopping with Costal Customs! We’re a U.S.-based small business that takes pride in getting your coastal favorites to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We offer standard shipping within the United States.

📍 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

🚨 Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received:

First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
If still unresolved, email us at notifications@costalcustoms.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.
