Refund policy


We have a 14 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please email notifications@costalcustoms.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please include this information along with photos in your initial return email.

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets all of the criteria, your store credit will be processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and at this time, and customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved we will issue a store credit.
